Handmade in Lisbon
Founded in 2013, Aumar was born from my love of sewing, colour, and unique fashion.
I grew up with family roots in tailoring and sewing; my grandmother was a seamstress, and my great-grandfather a tailor. I spent summers surrounded by fabrics, embroidery, and patterns, learning to create with my own hands. I believe my passion for clothing has always been in my blood.
I started by imagining and sewing my own pieces, attended sewing workshops, and later opened my own shop. It was there that I delved into the world of swimwear, becoming known for colourful patterns and cuts designed for real women.
Today, the brand evolves into Aumar Lisbon — an identity that goes beyond swimwear.
It’s beach and it’s city.

It’s colour, personality, and pieces made to last.
